I have been getting my car serviced by Tim and his team for two years now. As a young female, I have always been wary of mechanics. At TRS I have never had a need to be concerned. Tim explains what has been done in a way I can understand. Their honesty shines through, they will let me know what needs to be done on the next service which inturn spreads the cost of servicing and saves needless replacement of parts. A big thank you to Tim and his team at TRS Auto Repairs for a major service on my Father's aging van. He informs me that the van feels 10 years younger. The hand brake works now and it is good to know that the whole car has been checked over and is mechanically sound. Thank you for the work you did on our car. Firstly it is nice to get a complimentary ride to and from home to your workshop. It saves a lot of time and the inconvenience of walking or catching a taxi. Your free service for pick ups and drop offs would help anyone who has to work normal business hours. You were very thorough in trying to diagnose the problem, even spending extra time yourself taking the car for a test drive. You also took time out to get a range of prices and types on car tyres. Your personal recommendation on non main brand tyres was helpful and helped me make an easy decision on a complicated area. The last tyres we bought only lasted a year. It is also nice to get a bill that doesn't cost the earth for the amount of time you spend on the car. And that was with fitting and wheel alignment for two tyres. I took the car for a run up in the local hinterland mountains. The new tyres have made quite a difference in handling And she idles nicely at the lights. Thanks again for your terrific service and advice. I will be sure to recommend you to anybody with car problems in the future.

It doesn't matter if the job is big or small, Tim and his team at TRS will happily look after it for you. We always hear of mechanics who rip off unsuspecting customers, especially women who are regarded as 2nd class in the knowledge about their vehicles. If you find a mechanic you can trust you are a very lucky person. I can now say I am a very lucky person and LOVING IT!!!!! Not only does TRS do a thorough, reliable and value for money job in their own expert field but they also recommend other trustworthy related specialists to compliment their own. Their friendly staff and service commitment is to be highly commended.
