For some time now I have heard other BNI members in our chapter rave about the service and workmanship provided by you and the other TRS team members. As my car was due for a 180,000 service I called in recently to book it in for a service. While there I had you look at at power steering issue and you immediately picked up that the belt was deteriorated and needed immediate attention. Without delay you had the belt replaced. Without a doubt this would have let me down at the worst possible time had it not be picked up. The subsequent service was equally as proficient.
